Who can use this?

This Agreement is suitable for anyone that engages services with an individual to act as a formal consultant to them. Consultants work with companies and the individuals at the companies.
Suitable for any: Sole Proprietorship (Solo-preneur) or General Partnership using the form to engage a contractor to complete services for the Solo or General Partnership, Company (LLC, Corporation – S-Corp/C-Corp, Benefit Corp, Non-Profit) using it to engage other individuals/partnerships or Companies as contractors to complete services for the Company.

A Consulting agreement is a client agreement, where the client will be receiving services from the consultant, as part of the value. The client may be a company or an individual in charge of a company.

A consultant makes targeted, timed recommendations to improve a business. This may be a “hands-on” approach where the consultant works WITH the client to create the change and improvement, OR it may be in the form of a pseudo-advisory role where the consultant provides broad suggestions that the client implements within their business, themselves.

This Agreement allows you to engage a client for which you will provide consulting services to the client Company.

If you are a COACH who provides services to another person who will be YOUR client –please use the Coaching Agreement. A Coach is different from a Consultant in that a Coach works with individuals only, whereas a Consultant works with a Company and the individuals at the Company.

This Consulting Agreement is slightly different from a VIP day Agreement because Coaches mainly utilize VIP days for short, one- or two-day engagements with INDIVIDUALS. If you are a Consultant offering shorter engagements to COMPANIES, please use the Consulting Agreement, and note the time commitment carefully.

Consulting Agreement

A CONSULTING AGREEMENT is an Agreement for 1 person that is acting as a Consultant for 1-12 months. This is a long-term engagement. If you need a shorter-term engagement, consider a VIP Day Agreement. Consultants are also linked to project launches.This is a FULL agreement that protects the Consultant ONLY.
